I started this adventure back in 1992 with Brussels-based SSR Records/Freezone, sub-label of legendary Crammed Discs and released my first commercial 12 inch 'Tetra', as THC in 1992 followed by the debut album 'Earth Water Air Fire' under the Avalon moniker in 1993. I am currently collaborating with production music label Pedigree Cuts, having been an in-house producer for them since 2011. I have recorded multiple successful production music albums with track placements on Warner Brothers/The CW, Canal+, BBC TV, Channel 4, ITV, CNN, ABC, France TV, TF1, Arte, Planète+, Discovery Channel, National Geographic TV, Buzzfeed Video, etc.

Artist of the Week : MoShang (ZA)

An award-winning artist whose work has appeared on Discovery Channel and in National Geographic Asia’s “Koxinga: A Hero’s Legacy,” MoShang is an increasingly in-demand soundtrack composer-producer. He has been calling Taiwan home ever since he left his native South Africa in 2003. Recipient of an Avanti Craft award for original music for the short film “Angels in a Cage,” his influences range from Downtempo to Nu jazz, with subtle Asian and World influences. Listeners around the globe enjoy the chill atmospheric sounds that have become the hallmark of MoShang’s style.

Artist of the Week : Five Seasons (DE)

Five Seasons is a music project of Daniel Voss which was given birth in 2007 as a solo project besides the collaboration projects with his brother Roland Voss: WEATHERTUNES, LEMONGRASS, JASMON.
Daniel is also the co-founder of the label LEMONGRASSMUSIC.
During more than 10 years Five Seasons has been releasing 6 albums and one EP and has contributed tracks to numerous Chillout and Lounge compilations. Daniel was born in Northern Germany in 1977. He started playing the piano at the age of 5 and was educated in classic and jazz piano. In his teenage years he started playing keyboards, guitars and percussion instruments. He has played in a number of alternative rock bands and has gained some experience with electronic instruments from his brothers’ synthesizers at the same time.
At the age of 20 Daniel has started his first professional collaboration project “Weathertunes” with his brother Roland and soon participated in further lounge and chillout projects. Since the early 2000′s he has been releasing music under his solo pseudonym “Green Empathy” as well. The second Five Seasons album “By The Sea” features Brazilian vocalist Marisol Costa from Sao Paolo who has contributed two beautiful songs in her mother-tongue.
On the third album “Walk” Daniel welcomes vocalists Gushi from Argentina (known from the project Gushi & Raffunk) and Jane Maximova from Russia. Three more Five Seasons longplayers “Air”, “Days In The Sun” and “Travelers” have followed in 2014, 2016 and 2017.

Brian Grainger, a bearded recluse living in a midwestern valley.
Brian records and releases music under many different names, including (but not limited to)
Milieu / Coppice Halifax / Bike / Vhom / Pink Space / TMA3 / Troth
A polymath (according to Wire magazine) who, since 2003, has issued over 600 albums, EPs and singles many of them independently released via Brian's bedroom studio, on every format from cassette to vinyl. Brian also maintains the Recycled Plastics imprint, a playground for bedroom-produced electronics and Analog Botany Mastering & Design, an audio mastering service sporting a long list of clients and affordable rates. ABM&D is also the in-house mastering agent for Occult Research in Denver and Wil-Ru Records in Portland.
Born in the subtropical southeastern coast of the USA, Brian transmutes the rural and seaside elements of his surroundings into synaesthetic melody and texture, often producing dense layers of sonic compost and colorful reams of psychedelia. Since 2009, Brian has written and produced original soundtracks for television, video games, web content and short films including the popular real-time strategy game Eufloria and multiple short science documentaries at PBS, among others.
